Where are the products made ? What are the quality standard of the products ?
All the products are Japan quality. Some of them are made in Vietnam and some are made in China. We have strictly process to test the products to make sure they are in perfect condition before selling to customers
Is there any guarantee policy of DAIM products ? How long can they be used outside in the garden ?
We have the modern tecnology to add the UV protection in our products so DAIM products can be used outside for 3 years or more. We don't have any guarantee policy at the moment.
I have transfered the payment, when will i receive the products ?
After receiving the payment, we will deliver your order to the transportation partner, and you will receive the product(s) in 1-5 days depend on your location. If you don't receive the product(s) in 5 days after bank transfer date, please contact to our hotline or chat with our customer service to get help.
I want to receive the VAT invoice, do the company provide invoice ?
DAIM Vietnam will issue invoice for your order within 7 workdays. Please fill your information to issue invoice in the "Invoice form" for us to issue the exact information: your Company name, Company address, Tax code, Bank account (if any)
